Letters to the editor

 Letters to the editor submitted via e-mail, editor@hotsr.com, must include the following information: an address, a telephone number and an e-mail address. Letters to the editor run daily in our newsprint edition only, as space allows, and are subject to the editing requirements of the newspaper.
No unsigned or "Names Withheld" letters will be published.
A local guest column called "The View From Here" will appear at random on this page and submissions are subject to the newspaper's editing requirements. A photograph of the writer and a brief biographical note will accompany each column.
